It’s Monday morning (updated)
Wouldn’t it be great to start the week off with a baby? Well, that is what I keep trying to tell Reed … but he is not having it just yet.
UPDATE: I went to the OB at 1 p.m.today for an appt. but she was not in the office so they had me rescheduled with someone else, an OB that I don’t care for due to past experiences with her. She is just too inexperienced and I got a bad vibe from her the last time I saw her.
Anyway, they are supposed to call and tell you when your OB is not going to be there but of course I didn’t get a call. So, Chris and I decided we would rather wait to see our regular OB since we feel more comfortable with her, and if there was going to be any talk of induction, etc., we didn’t want to do it with someone who didn’t know us. My OB is off tomorrow, go figure, so now we’re going in on Wednesday to see her. I’ll be calling first, though!
Now, if I could just insert a sound clip here with a primal scream, this post would better.
UPDATE #2: Well, it’s bedtime and maybe tomorrow will bring my sweet baby. We are actually hoping for Oct. 1 now because that is a very significant date for us. Chris and I met on Oct. 1, 2003 and married on Oct. 1, 2005. So, it would be fitting for our little guy to come into this world on such an important day.

Oh Jess, I know you’re so ready! …Baby Reed has definitely proved to be a very stubborn little man.
