Buddies
Berrin is Reed’s BFF. It’s sort of like an arranged marriage…Berrin is the 5 month old son of our friends Lisa and Mat. While we were pregnant, Lisa and I made grand plans for our boys to be best buds and they are getting a good start. Today Lisa came by and the boys got to hang out for a while. They seemed to enjoy it. Next month, Reed will be joining Berrin in his room at daycare. We can’t wait til they get a little older and can romp around together!
I think they are off to a good start, don’t you?

Jack Henry “made friends” with two other babies in the infant room when he first came to child care and they have progressed all the way up to the pre-school class together and still are best friends. I guess that could change when they go to different kindergartens, but for now we are loving having them as “triplets.” The best part is having the friendships with their mommies. We meet for lunch once a month and are a great support to each other since we are all going through the same kinds of things and can advise each other and swap stories. I couldn’t do this without them!
